DAY 1 HA NOI – HALONG INTERNATIONAL PORT – TUNG SAU PEARL FARM – TITOP ISLAND

08:15-08:45 – Hotel Pick Up
Our English-speaking tour guide will pick up guests from various hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter, ranging from 08:15AM – 09:0OAM
Transportation from Hanoi to Ha Long available if guest request with charge:

10:30-10:45 – Short Break
We have a stop for 20 minutes – then continue heading to Ha Long city
12:30 – Boarding the Cruise – Check in Time.
The bus will arrive at Halong International Port, reach our pier, where our welcoming staff will be awaiting your arrival with a big smile.
Welcome drink will be served while the captain introduces the cruise briefing and instruction.
Afternoon:
Lunch on Board
Have lunch with variety of dishes including traditional Vietnamese Food.
Tung Sau Area: kayaking
Titop Island: Swimming - Hiking
Stop at Titop Island, you can climb halfway up the mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay. Looking down from high above gives you a wonderful sensation; at the same time offers you a spectacular view of every corner of the bay. Otherwise, for the second option you can lay on the little white sand beach, go for a swim, or just stay on the boat and relax in Ha Long Bay.
Sunset break (Sunset cocktail, snacks, fruits)

Learn the history of a traditional Vietnamese dish that is most famous. From the fresh ingredients, to the preparation method, and then have try at making them yourselves.

DAY 2 DARK AND BRIGHT CAVE – THREE PEACHES BEACHS
Things to do: Kayaking, Swimming, Tai Chi, Romantic Dinning
Morning:
06:30 – Taichi Class
Start the morning with Taichi session!
07:00 – Breakfast
Full your energy with breakfast on board. Coffee. Tea, and pastries are served in restaurant. In addition, we also serve extra bread, eggs and fruits (Applied to guests staying 2 nights on board)
08:30 – Transfer to a Day Cruise to go deeper into the Bay
Pack lightly (swimwear, a set of clothes, sunscreen…). As there will be different activities during the Bay.

10:30 Transfer to Lan Ha bay which is formed by the archipelago Cat Ba island. Stop at Dark and Bright caves area for kayaking in an hour and a half
11:30 Lunch will be served on boat
12:30 Move to Ba Trai Dao beaches (Three Peaches Beaches) for swimming in the crystal water and in a beautiful white sandy beach for an hour and fifteen minutes.
13:30 Boat return to Ha Long bay to explore more land-scape
14:30 Visit the Maze cave, it’s also an important archaeological site where significant prehistoric remains have been found that date back as far as 7,000 to 10,000 years. It is occasionally called "Bewitching Grotto".
15:30 Back to the boat and transfer to the overnight cruises at Titop area. Bid farewell the day boat crew

DAY 3: SURPRISING CAVE – HALONG INTERNATIONAL PORT - HANOI

07:00 – Light Breakfast
Full your energy with a light breakfast on board. Coffee. Tea, and pastries are served in restaurant.
07:30 – Explore Surprising Cave (Sung Sot Cave)
Stop at Bo Hon Island. Our tour guide will take you to Sung Sot Cave/Surprising Cave, the largest and the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. (For other tourists whom can’t walk much, you can stay on cruise)
09:15 – Check Out Time.
Back the Arcady Boutique Cruise for check out! Start cruising towards the Port.
09:45 – Brunch and Relax
Have an International Buffet Brunch served in Dining Room during the Cruise heads back to Halong International Port!
10:45 – Disembark
We dock at the harbor, get back onto the busses and cruise down the high-speed highway. A quick stop halfway, and back to Hanoi
14:30 – Hotel Drop

Cancellation for FIT bookings (Under 3 cabins)
- More than 14 days prior to actual arrival will be Free of Charge
- From 7- 14 days prior to actual arrival will be charged 30% on the total booking value
- From 4 -7 days prior to actual arrival will be charged 50% on the total booking value
- From 72 hours prior to actual arrival will be charged at 100% on the total booking value
Cancellation for GIT bookings (From 4 cabin up )
- More than 21 days prior to actual arrival will be Free of Charge
- From 14-21 days prior to actual arrival will be charge 50% on the total booking value
- No-Show or 0-14 days prior to actual arrival will be charge 100% on the total booking value
Cancellation due to Bad – Weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
