Modification & Cancellation Policy
Modifications made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date are subject to availability. A modification fee and any price difference will apply.
Modifications within 3 days of arrival are not accepted.
Cancellations or amendments made at least 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% charge, with the remaining balance refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, or no-shows, will incur a 100% charge and are non-refundable.
Unused services included in the package are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
