Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation for FIT bookings (Under 5 cabins)
More than 14 days prior to actual arrival will be Free of Charge
7- 14 days prior to actual arrival will be charged 30% on the total booking value
4 -7 days prior to actual arrival will be charged 50% on the total booking value
72 hours prior to actual arrival will be charged at 100% on the total booking value
Cancellation for GIT bookings (From 6 cabin up)
More than 21 days prior to actual arrival will be Free of Charge
14-21 days prior to actual arrival will be charge 50% on the total booking value
No-Show or 0-14 days prior to actual arrival will be charge 100% on the total booking value
Cancellation due to Bad – Weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip will be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged as 2 days/ 1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
